Exemplar Care is a specialist care provider supporting children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural, and social needs. We work with individuals who may be affected by trauma, substance use, instability, or involvement with statutory services.
Our approach is grounded in dignity, safety, and respect. We provide structured, nurturing environments where young people can stabilise, build skills, and move towards greater independence and wellbeing.

Safeguarding & Partnerships
At Exemplar Care, safeguarding is foundational to everything we do. We work closely with statutory bodies and commissioning partners, including the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), Community Living British Columbia (CLBC), and our accreditation partners such as CARF, with CORE accreditation soon to follow, to ensure our services not only meet but exceed regulatory and quality standards. Through these partnerships, we uphold the rights, safety, and wellbeing of vulnerable adults, keeping their protection and dignity at the centre of every decision, plan, and approach.
