At Exemplar Care, we welcome individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with complex needs.
We value experience working with conditions such as autism, ADHD, FASD, and complex trauma, and we provide training and ongoing support to help staff develop their skills in trauma-informed and therapeutic care.
Backgrounds in social work, psychology, healthcare, health care assistance, education, or related fields are considered a strong asset, along with relevant experience and transferable skills aligned with our values.
